GDPR & Your Rights

How we handle your data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Face Privacy respects the GDPR and other privacy laws. This page summarizes your rights and how we support them.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain cases; restrict processing in certain cases; data portability; object to processing; and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the Face Privacy service: to create and manage your account, to submit removal requests on your behalf using the photo and identity information you provide, and to process payments. We do not sell your personal data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Biometric data

Your facial image and related biometric data are “special category” data under GDPR. We process them only with your explicit consent and only for the purpose of submitting removal requests. We store them securely and do not use them for any other purpose.

Exercising your rights

To access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object or restrict processing, contact us via our contact page. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
